Surviving the Horror... this is YOUR story

Delaqroux Inc calling all zombie-invasion fanatics out there!!!

Just recently, me and my friend have been starting this plan on gathering worldwide zombie-invasion fans throughout the world... just via a wonderful modern technology we call blogging.

Here's the deal; a zombie virus outbreak have struck humankind in your neighbourhood/city/state in a sudden wave. World population dropping down drastically while the zombie population is increasing at a shocking rate. Somehow, you, in this zombie-invaded world, survived the first wave and you are probably now in hiding, have a working computer next to you and you're desperate to call for help. Finally, you figured out that one of the possible way of callling for evacuation, is to write a blog on the internet to notify the world of your positions and your survival with hope that someone might read it one day and come over to save you.

Here's a few guidelines:

1. You are you. Your character in your blog shares all the same personality with you in real life. You're no hero nor a villain- but perhaps, desperate conditions to survive will make you one. Apply your own real life mentality; surviving made you closer to God while others stopped believing. Apply your own priority; your life comes first before your friends or you try to save as many as your loved ones as possible. Anything as long as you stays you!
2. Although the storyline is imaginary, try to apply real life elements as much as possible. Preferably, the timeline within your post(s) is parallel with real-time timeline, your positions of hiding may be your actual house in a real neighbourhood, the world that you're living now may still be the same world as how you see it- except now everything is zombie-strucked!
3. You can have cross-overs with another survivalist who is another blog writer in the zombie invaded world. However, this may take a lil more effort as both blogs must now be coherent with the inclusion of you in that person's blog as well. I mean, you cant write that you met this other survivalist/blogger when there's no such meeting in the other person's blog. In other words, both of your blog and the person that you have met must be sychronized to a certain extent. Hopefully, we can maintain real community realism to this whole fictional zombie-invaded world. You may have a bit of role-playing element to include within your storyline. For example, you asked him/her of her current position, you show some sympathy on his/her current situation, or you commented on one of his/her blogpost for encouragement on simply telling them that you dont agree with what he/she did. This aims to build of a community based blogging experience only in a setting of surviving the horror.
4. The people you meet along the story may be both fictional or non-fictional. For non-fictional ones it may either be your own friend in real life or another survivalist. For fictional ones, well let's just say he/she's an NPC that you met along a zombie game
5. Your blog may not be limited to written text only. You may include pictures, recordings, videos and notes. As long as they relate with your survival story. Take into account that if you took a pic, where did you get the camera from? Why do you even want to risk going out and take pics?
6. You may end your survival story at any point of time. You may end it with you being evacuated and thus, you shall end that blog or you may end it with a word of surrender; as in, you see no more point in writing (for your own reasons). Additionally, a blog with no more posts may also mean that the blogger got killed while he is away DX

This is still a small scale plan but hopefully we can expand this to be a long, world-wide, never-ending community blogging. We have managed to recruit a few more blogger to play survivalists in their own blogsite and they have started their surviving stories- how about you?
