HOLY MOTHER ****ER!!! WHAT THE F*CK!!!???
Delaqroux Inc Updates on the fourth day of SBE..
And on that day, nothing really happened. We went to observe one class and that's it. Nothing new. No interaction. It was a lower grade class so, yeah, i expect that the student to not give much response to English teaching.
However, Dark wont make any blogpost is there nothing worth talking about right? Yeah, apparently, as we thought that the day is just gonna end with nothing interesting occurence, we were forced to attend a staff meeting in the staff room and the meeting took around 2 hours. By the time the meeting ended, it was already 3pm (the school ended early every Thursday to make way for staff meetings so yeah, you do the maths) and guess wat? It was raining...
If there's one element in the world that we always count on but still at times, we sees it looking back at us, laughing; it will be "faith". Yeah, we had to walk quite a distance to the nearest bus stop and it was raining. Thinking that we had a good guide teacher (aka Madam Victoria), she might for once show some kindness and offer us a ride at least to the bus stop. But, nooooo... she's nowhere. @#$%.
And so we began our walk. We could have waited but Reva, being slightly anxious to get back to dorm as our assignment deadline was on the next day, and Me, being a guy who always find some excuse to had himself to walk in the rain (like the one just now), we did walked in the rain... and the rain grew heavier... Thanks God... And lucky us, the 89 buses had an interval of 30 minutes for one after another. Like some kind of a lame short story on a good day turned bad, we missed the bus.
As the rain grew heavier, the wind went haywire. Yeah, 4 soon-to-be-teachers denying the law of physics and taking cover underneath one umbrella might not really be a good idea. Notice that i said that we walked to the bus stop- not "bus stand". There were never any bus stands. Just the side of the road where the bus stops... Damnit.
And so we waited. Desperate, we just boarded a different bus and this bus apparently, uses a different route. Of course, it dropped us close to ipba. Only that it was an unofficial stop. In other words, we had to do a lil hiking before we can start walking again back to ipba. (I'll post a pic up here soon to show you our hiking 'trip'). To add up more obstacles, it was still raining. Evem heavier this time and denying physically logic rules of sharing one umbrella no longer applies in this situation. By the time, we reached back ipba, we were soaked, hungry, tired and sleepy... and we were even the last SBE group to arrive back in IPBA. Yeah.. soaked, hungry, tired, sleepy and last-to-reach-IPBA SBE Group...
We sucked...
